The swimming pool, sauna, and whirlpool were fantastic and not crowded. The breakfast had a lot of options and was great. The location and surroundings of the hotel were perfect, with beautiful buildings and gardens. the bed in the room was huge and comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom had a large bathtub and shower.

Some of the staff had trouble communicating in English, which caused some confusion. There were a few instances of mold in the bathroom, and the cleaning staff did not handle it well.

The hotel is ideally located near the main walking area, allowing easy access to restaurants and shops. the rooms are well-appointed with friendly staff catering to all needs. the wellness area pool is large, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring. the hotel also offers excellent soundproofing despite being in a bustling area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The buffet breakfast could be improved with more variety, although it is not a significant drawback when compared to the other advantages offered by the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was excellent, just a short walk to everything. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had a wonderful wellness area, complete with a pool, whirlpool, and Turkish bath. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

Spending Xmas in this hotel was amazing! the breakfast was delicious, and it was a great way to start the day. the indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath were great perks, perfect for warming up during cold winter days. the location was also very convenient, as it was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the city centre. the view from the room was breathtaking, with stunning sights of the surroundings.

The Wi-Fi wasn't the best, so it was a bit frustrating to try to get connected. some of the spa facilities were not quite up to scratch.

Great facilities, relaxing setting, fantastic breakfast, spacious room with great amenities. Phenomenal views, multiple window opening options, walk-in closet, huge bathtub, nice indoor pool, sauna.

We loved the hotel's grand and classy style with a beautiful building complex that provided complete privacy. The spacious and well-equipped rooms were spotlessly clean with plenty of storage. We enjoyed the hotel's spa and gym areas, which were easily accessible via the elevator that connected the different buildings. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

No negatives from this hotel. The stay was delightful and exceeded our expectations.
